    Terms of Service

    1. Introduction

    Get AI Resume ("we", "our", or "us") is a free tool that helps you write and format a resume with the help of an AI assistant. Get AI Resume is an independently operated tool. By using it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 16 years old to use Get AI Resume. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

    3. Accounts

    You can work through the guided steps without an account. An account is required to build, save and return to a resume. You agree to provide an accurate email address, keep your login secure, and tell us if your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

    4. What the service does

    Get AI Resume provides:

    • A guided set of questions that collects your resume details
    • AI rewriting of the wording you supply
    • Reading of an existing resume file you choose to upload
    • Layout, color and font options, and PDF export

    The service helps you present your own experience. It does not find jobs, apply on your behalf, or guarantee any employment outcome.

    5. AI-generated content

    Wording generated or rewritten by the AI assistant may contain errors, generic phrasing, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using or sending your resume to anyone.

    6. Third-party processing

    To generate and rewrite content, your resume details are sent to and processed by third-party AI service providers. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is shared and how it is handled.

    7. Saved Resumes

    Each account may hold up to two saved resumes. Saving a resume replaces its previous contents. We do not keep a version history. Resumes cannot be deleted from within the app; contact support if you need a slot cleared or your data removed.

    8. Your responsibilities

    The resume describes you, and its accuracy is your responsibility. You agree not to provide false or misleading information, impersonate anyone, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for illegal purposes. Violation may result in your account being suspended.

    9. Intellectual property

    The software and design of Get AI Resume belong to us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content of your resume and anything you upload.

    10. Cost and advertising

    The service is free to use and funded by advertising. There are no paid plans, subscriptions or in-app purchases, and we do not ask for payment details.

    11. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently. You may ask us to close your account at any time.

    12. Disclaimer

    Get AI Resume is a writing and formatting tool. It does not guarantee interviews, job offers or employment, and AI-generated wording should be reviewed by you before you send your resume to anyone. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

    13. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for lost employment opportunities, employer decisions, or interruptions to the service.

    14. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.

    15. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
